You will work directly with assemblers, technicians, quality, and support teams to resolve shop-floor issues, maintain process control, troubleshoot technical and hardware-related problems, and ensure work is performed to engineering and process requirements. You will support ongoing production by responding to disruptions, clarifying technical instructions, interpreting drawings and specifications, and making decisions within established procedures to keep assembly flowing. This role is responsible for monitoring assembly processes, identifying and preventing defects or escapes, supporting root cause investigation and corrective actions, and driving practical process improvements that improve safety, quality, and productivity. The engineer must be able to balance immediate production needs with longer-term process discipline, communicate clearly across functions, and escalate issues that fall outside standard limits.
