GE Aerospace is seeking an Engineering Production Module Leader for the Cold Section Module in RTP Engineering, focusing on the T700/CT7 engine. The role will involve leading design, analysis, and collaboration with TTC, GEIQ, and global teams to ensure engine shipment readiness.

This Engineering Production Module Leader of the Cold Section Module in RTP Engineering is for the T700/CT7. This engineer will also collaborate heavily with TTC & GEIQ and other global teams as necessary.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Module leader and design engineer to support the T700/CT7 cold section module, Specifically, the front frame and main frame, along with other key clear-to-build constraints that could impact engine shipment readiness.

This position will cover all relevant commodities in the cold section including rotating parts, structures, cold airfoils, VG's, and clearances

This position will support collaboration with suppliers including additive, new machining sources, insourcing, casting strategies and will work to accelerate issue resolution, improve supplier alignment, and support capacity recovery.

This role will require tagger certification and training. It is not necessarily a prerequisite but training and eventual certification will be required.

Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products

Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

The base pay range for this position is 109,250.00 - 146,050.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 9/18/2026.
