Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a T56/Helicopters Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Engineer in a hybrid Fulltime role located in Indianapolis, IN, Novi, MI, or Reston, VA. You will drive value through optimized MRO methods, interfacing with Rolls-Royce and network partners to improve efficiency and lifecycle cost outcomes.

You will support NAVAIR and international defense customers, champion digital solutions, and help develop technical content and publications for service facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of aftermarket engine support.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Rolls-Royce engineering, NAVAIR, and overhaul facilities.
• Champion digital ways of working and lead data-driven improvements.
• Provide customer support for Helicopter and T56 aftermarket engines.
• Develop and approve content for technical publications.
• Define and maintain repair process requirements for components.
• Coordinate with AMCs, AMROCs, ARFs servicing T56/Helicopters.
