Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Indianapolis, IN; Novi, MI; and Reston, VA seeks a T56/Helicopters Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Engineer. Hybrid role with responsibilities spanning technical liaison, MRO optimization, and collaboration across Rolls-Royce, NAVAIR, and international customers.

The candidate will drive data-driven improvements, support AOGs and investigations, and help publish technical content to standardize repair processes while ensuring regulatory and customer commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of aftermarket engine support.
• 5+ years of knowledge of aftermarket maintenance, overhaul, or repair services (preferred).
• Experience with T56/501 engine products (preferred).
• Knowledge of publication specs (ATA 100/iSpec2200, S1000D) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between Rolls-Royce engineering, NAVAIR, and international customers and overhaul facilities.
• Champion digital ways of working and lead data-driven improvements.
• Support aftermarkets including AOGs, investigations, and technical queries.
• Develop and approve technical content for publications and ensure data meets requirements.
• Coordinate with AMCs, AMROCs, and ARFs servicing T56/Helicopters products.
