Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in account management or healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of T1D care pathways and screening practices.
• Experience in data analysis and value-based healthcare.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; capable of diverse stakeholder management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Educate accounts on T1D screening, monitoring and early detection.
• Analyze existing account screening processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Educate on best practices to develop and implement screening & monitoring protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration and co-creation.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions with account referral networks for patient flows.
• Coordinate with medical and sales teams to share insights and accelerate accounts.
