Job summary

Hydrogen Group is recruiting on behalf of a major electric utility in Florida. The Project Manager, T&S will oversee transmission and substation programs across Northwest Florida from budget approval through to service and closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years of leadership experience; PMP certification is preferred. Expect a highly cross-functional team environment with strict safety, schedule and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading Transmission & Substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex T&S major projects from budget approval to completion.
• Direct cross-functional teams and manage safety, schedule, and budgets.
• Produce monthly budget forecasts and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with FERC requirements and contract administration.
• Collaborate with T&S leadership to resolve project challenges.
