Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Two Rivers, Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manager - T&S (Transmission and Substation) Level 4 on a 1-year contract (W‑2). You will manage a project from conception to close out, aligning with industry performance and bringing independent perspectives to the nuclear organization.

You will lead projects of varying scope, coordinate engineering, construction and other resources, maintain momentum, surface issues, report status, and control costs to budget.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading Transmission & Substation projects.
  • Experience in P-6, NEO and strong Excel skills are desired.
  • Travel to other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.

  • Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion.
  • Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goals.

  • Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks.
  • Perform other job‑related responsibilities as assigned.

About the role

Location: Two Rivers WI 54241.

We're looking for a Project Manager - T&S (Transmission and Substation) Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). You will manage and lead a project from conception to close out and align with best industry performance. Additionally, you will bring independent key perspectives to the nuclear organization based on experience in organizations such as PGD, Wind.

You will manage the completion of projects that support nuclear goals. Employees in this role will lead projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget. Reports to the onsite Manager.

Key Responsibilities

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $70.00/hr. to $75.00/hr.
