This role supports the Store Manager in developing the team, managing operations, and promoting our core values to earn customer loyalty.

The position offers full-time hours, on-site work, and opportunities to drive sales performance, merchandising, and customer satisfaction across the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred, retail-ready.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
