Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a store leader to work with the Store Manager to develop the store team and promote a customer-first culture in Dearborn, MI. You will help Sales Representatives achieve goals and ensure a seamless, confident, solutions-oriented experience for every customer.

In this full-time role, you will coach staff, oversee merchandising, manage wait times, and monitor KPIs to drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule for full-time work.

• Ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines.
• Help team members effectively use store systems, tools, and communications.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in controlling store expenses and managing discounts appropriately.
• Uphold and enforce United Wireless policies and procedures.
• Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
