Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Associate:

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will service the customer’s needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.

1. Be a Brand Ambassador for T-Mobile services
2. Utilize digital tools to provide outstanding customer service during and after the sale
3. Retain customers by recommending current products and services
4. Utilize training to stay current on the newest technology products and services
