Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about connectivity and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience are constantly evolving. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate on device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development, with new associates completing initial training successfully.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Explore customer needs, demonstrate technology, and provide personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools for demonstrations and onboarding, highlighting coverage, plans, and services.
• Build relationships across channels, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.
