Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and rally & empower your team to give their best in connecting customers to their world.

Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. The primary point of contact for store employees.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including feedback, for development, training, and coaching, ensuring trainings are completed on time.
  2. Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact the customer’s experience within the T-Mobile brand & expectations.
  3. Own store success and take responsibility for staff needs, leadership, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
  4. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
  5. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees who build long-lasting customer relationships and are excited about the T-Mobile Brand and digital technology.
  7. Support team development through training, mentoring, and driving positive behaviors.
  8. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive operational efficiencies, minimize risks, and protect assets. Achieve financial results based on KPIs and manage expenses.
  11. Invest in team success through performance management and recognition.
  12. Ensure employees meet or exceed success measurements and sales goals.
  13. The experience you’ll bring:
  14. 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred.
  15. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  16. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
