Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee all store operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. You will be the primary point of contact for store employees.

Job Responsibilities

1. Observe and evaluate employee interactions with customers, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high performance and timely training completion.
2. Address customer issues to enhance their experience with the T-Mobile brand.
3. Own the store’s success by managing staffing, operations, marketing, and asset protection.
4. Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new store initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
5. Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
6. Hire passionate employees who are committed to building customer relationships and embracing digital technology.
7. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition.
8. Stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices to serve as an expert resource.
9. Create an inclusive environment supporting team initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proficiency in store operations and management.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED.
