Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and ensure the store's success by managing operations, staffing, training, marketing, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities include:

• Observing and coaching staff interactions with customers
• Resolving customer issues to enhance experience
• Managing store operations, staffing, and marketing
• Maintaining a neat, organized environment
• Hiring passionate employees aligned with our brand

Experience & Skills Required

• 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication, management, and customer service skills

Minimum Requirements

• 2-4 years management and sales experience in retail
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• High School Diploma or GED
