Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and be responsible for all store operations including hiring, training, marketing, and asset prevention. You will be the primary contact for your team and ensure the store meets its sales and operational goals.

• Supervise and develop store staff through observations, feedback, and coaching.
• Handle customer issues to enhance their experience.
