Job Overview
As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world.
You will be responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. You will be the primary contact for store employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including providing feedback for development, training, and coaching, ensuring training completion.
- Assist with customer-related issues to enhance the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand.
- Own store success and address all employee needs, including staffing, scheduling, and store functions.
- Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store initiatives.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
- Hire passionate employees who are committed to building customer relationships and excited about the T-Mobile brand and digital technology.
- Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognizing achievements.
- Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
- Create an inclusive environment supporting team initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiencies, manage expenses, and achieve financial goals.
- Invest in team success through performance management and recognition.
- Ensure employees meet or exceed monthly success metrics and sales goals.
The experience you’ll bring:
- 2 years of wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required)
- 2-4 years of sales & sales management experience (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
