Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building connections with customers and continuously improving their skills through training.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, providing a world-class experience.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology solutions.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices to enhance customer connections.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Support store operations and handle cash as needed.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
