Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building connections with customers, and continuously expanding their knowledge of wireless technology and solutions. New associates will undergo training to develop their skills and knowledge in the T-Mobile in-store experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience by helping customers continue their shopping journey, explore needs, and demonstrate technology.
• Sell personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services effectively.
• Complete training on systems, processes, and product knowledge.
• Support store operations and cash handling as needed.
• Build relationships with team members and partners across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
