Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors who energize our environment and connect with customers through technology and personalized solutions. This role involves learning, building skills, and completing training to excel in a dynamic retail setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers online and in-store.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology solutions.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices that enhance customer lifestyles.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Build relationships and collaborate with T-Mobile teams to ensure seamless customer service.
