Responsibilities:

1. Attain individual sales targets set by the Company. Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
2. Complete expectations with VZ Engage call campaigns and assigned VZ Engage calls set by DM/RD. Daily.
3. Follow TCC Sales Processes while selling with integrity. Daily.
4. Check-in all guests and utilize sales sheet or Digital Bundle Guide with every guest interaction. Daily.
5. Utilize Verizon Account Reviews for all existing Verizon guests. Daily/Weekly.
6. Drive Google reviews for the store to maintain a minimum rating of 4.2 stars. Maintain an RIS score above 80%. Daily.
7. Encourage guests to opt-in to marketing and retention programs. Daily.
8. Provide an excellent guest experience, utilizing de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer escalations. Daily.
9. Check Email, Prizm, VZ InfoManager, email, and Microsoft Teams for the latest communication and promotions during working hours. Daily.
10. Maintain regional/district standards set forth by RD. Daily/Weekly/Monthly.

Sales Expectations:

1. Achieve individual sales targets (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
2. Complete expectations with VZ Engage call campaigns and assigned calls (Daily).
3. Follow sales processes with integrity (Daily).
4. Utilize sales tools and reviews (Daily/Weekly).
5. Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and presentation (Daily/Weekly).

Operational Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory, including serialized counts and proper procedures (Daily/Weekly).
2. Follow operational procedures during shifts (Daily/Weekly).
3. Process transactions according to POS guidelines (Daily).
4. Maintain store organization and cleanliness (Daily/Weekly).

Employee Development & Staffing:

1. Complete trainings and assist in onboarding new employees (As Needed).
2. Recruit and promote within the community (Daily).

Individual Expectations:

1. Track personal performance goals (Daily).
2. Be punctual, dress appropriately, and follow communication protocols (Daily).
3. Live out company promises and uphold conduct standards (Daily).

Physical Demands:
