Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They engage deeply with customers, building relationships and understanding their needs to recommend suitable device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development, with new associates expected to complete training successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Assist customers in their shopping journey, exploring needs and demonstrating technology products.
- Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach customer interactions with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Use digital tools effectively to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and system features.
- Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
- Engage in store operations and cash handling as needed.
- Collaborate with T-Mobile teams across channels to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
The experience you’ll bring:

- Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
