Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They serve as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building connections with customers and continuously developing their skills. New associates will complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, products, systems, and resources.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology products.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices to personalize solutions.
• Approach customer needs with integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools to inform customers about coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on store experience, systems, and processes.
• Handle cash and store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with other T-Mobile employees to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
