Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic consultant to leadership on people-related matters, aligning business objectives with HR strategies. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor and advocate, offering guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to HR in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Coach managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and development
• Identify and address people challenges through data-driven insights and HR best practices
• Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and culture development
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Benefits, Payroll, Loss Prevention, Legal, Reporting, Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Commissions, etc.) to deliver full-spectrum HR support
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Support organizational design, change management, and succession planning initiatives
• Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
• Facilitate workforce planning and talent reviews to drive team growth and capability

The experience you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR Certification preferred)
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or wireless
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR practices
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with leaders at all levels
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a matrixed or multi-site organization a plus

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
