Responsibilities:
Business/ Customer- Coordinate with clients and teams to ensure deliverables are met
- Engage in client discussions and develop a strong relationship while understanding their requirements and help fill-in process gaps
- Primary contact for client escalations for the responsible process, resolve and respond to all client queries within the stipulated response time and coordinate with client quality audit team if needed
- Develop robust process overview and domain knowledge understanding of competitive landscape
- Share all process delivery metrics with client on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and maintain internal trackers and utilization data
- Improve quality and depth of content coverage to add value to the database
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis – client requests; query-based research
- Organize monthly calls initiated by client with defined agenda and document Minutes of the meeting with all the stakeholders
Project Process- Adhere to and manage all workflow deadlines effectively, handle process issues and assist service delivery managers in team management
- Design and implement training programs, production planning for respective teams, implement policies, quality checks at product level, product improvement and managing deliveries.
- Improve the research techniques/ approach to increase the content coverage and add value to the database, proactively engage the team and ensure a high degree of quality
- Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement in the processes though SS/IPA/RPA process
- Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel and coordinate team logistics
- Carry out regular auditing of the database and working folders to ensure proper documentation and data management
- Review SOPs of all processes and suggest changes wherever necessary as frequently as possible
People- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
- Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirements, manage attrition and hiring to ensure that team has the necessary head count to manage deliverables
- Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives: regular team meetings, brainstorming of thoughts and ideas, etc.
- Provide team leadership and coaching and maintain healthy group dynamics
- Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments and reward exceptional performance
- Attend all internal trainings and engagement activities and; organize self-time to deliver tasks efficiently
- Report to the Manager on performance status and any escalations, and other schedule adherence related mandates

Requirements:
Educational Guidelines- Graduate/Post-Graduate/ Doctorate degree in life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degrees
- Sector specific qualification is an added advantage
- Technical Skills - Knowledge of Fundamental Analysis and MS Office Suite
Experience Guidelines- 6-7 years total experience including 2+ years in a Team Lead capacity
