Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Associates with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure that every customer need is met, building confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, including feedback, for development, training, and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times effectively. Stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet/exceed success measurements and complete training on time.
• Assist in maintaining store quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards. Use visual displays effectively. Keep displays current. Assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs. Manage store expenses, discounting, and credits.

The experience you’ll bring:

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor teams
• Outstanding communication skills
