Wisconsin Power & Light Co. is seeking a skilled technician to perform varied control/instrument maintenance and basic mechanical/electrical tasks at the generation facility.
The role emphasizes troubleshooting, calibration, documentation, and safety to support reliable plant operations. You will work with plant control systems and instrumentation, applying blueprints and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Perform varied control and instrument, and basic mechanical and basic electrical maintenance activities and other duties necessary to maintain the generation facility to which they are assigned.
Must occupy a residence within 60 minutes of one of the following locations: Columbia, Edgewater, Riverside, or Madison. Travel time from the primary residence to the assigned headquarters must be 60 minutes or less under normal driving conditions.
Hourly pay range: $45.62 - $58.49.
