Job summary

Standex International seeks a technically credible commercial leader to drive growth in the Test & Measurement segment for relay and socket solutions. You will identify high-value customers, engage engineering teams, develop strategic account plans, and coordinate resources to propel revenue and market presence across key applications.

With 8–12+ years in T&M or related markets, you will translate technical requirements into compelling commercial opportunities while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 8–12+ years in Test & Measurement, semiconductor test, electronic instrumentation, or related markets.
• Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or market development roles.
• Strong understanding of test architectures and electronic switching applications.
• Proven ability to translate technical needs into commercial opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value Test & Measurement customers and applications.
• Penetrate new accounts by engaging engineering, design, and procurement teams.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow relay content within priority customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to communicate customer needs.
• Provide market feedback that informs future relay and socket product development.
• Work with Marketing to support segment positioning and industry engagement.
