Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for the Northeast Region to oversee high-impact transmission and distribution projects from concept through completion. You will drive profitability, safety and quality while leading teams of engineers, designers, and support personnel across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and exceptional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited curriculum.
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering design and engineering project management experience.
• Strong project management skills and strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion with attention to safety, quality and profitability.
• Coordinate with project team across regional/branch offices to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliverables.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and support growth of the T&D business in the Northeast.
