Avangrid’s NYSEG division seeks a Director – Integrated Planning & Scheduling to lead planning and scheduling for all Transmission and Distribution work, including Capital, New Customer, Maintenance, and Reliability projects. You will supervise regional schedulers, drive governance, and ensure data-driven performance transparency.

• 10+ years of experience in project planning, or resource management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Integration: Lead the development and execution of the Capital and Expense Operational work across all T&D functions. Align planning and scheduling activities with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and financial targets.
• Governance & Performance Management: Establish and maintain governance structures for monthly and quarterly planning reviews. Drive performance reporting through scorecards, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Process Optimization & Standardization: Standardize scheduling templates, forecasting models, and planning tools across regions; improve planning processes and data integrity.
• Leadership & Team Development: Direct Senior Supervisors, Schedulers, and Planning Analysts; foster accountability and collaboration; coach and train.
• Technology & Tools Oversight: Oversee Primavera, ARCOS, Field Force, labor forecasting, and data analysis tools; collaborate with IT to enhance capabilities.
