Qualifications

• ABET-accredited undergraduate engineering program in Civil, Electrical, and/or Structural Engineering.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn in a cross-disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and work outdoors when needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with training and build proficiency in PLS-CADD, MFAD, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Prepare and review design documents for construction, including plans, profiles, and materials lists.
• Develop understanding of client interests and suggest approaches to address project concerns.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure progress and clear communication.
• Travel to project sites to collect field data and interface with clients.
• Apply engineering standards under supervision of licensed Senior Engineers.
