T&D Electrical Project Manager

Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year
Job Details
- Lead electrical utility and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage client relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost controls.
- Conduct site visits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and schedule impacts.
- Provide regular updates on project performance, financials, and milestones to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction, utilities, power delivery, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract management.
- Experience managing utility, underground distribution, overhead distribution, substations, or related electrical infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
