Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical utility and infrastructure projects in the United States. You will develop schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills, with experience in utility or infrastructure projects. This position offers relocation support and a path to senior leadership within a stable, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract management knowledge.
  • Experience managing utility or energy infrastructure projects (substations, distribution).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical utility and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage client relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost controls.
  • Conduct site visits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and schedule impacts.
  • Provide regular updates on project performance, financials, and milestones to leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
