Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Electrical Utilities in the United States. The role oversees HV transmission, distribution, and substation projects, with a salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 per year and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related experience leading HV Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience leading HV Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
