Hawaiian Electric Company in Pearl City – Oahu is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Professional) to plan, coordinate, and manage T&D electrical projects. You will oversee on-site contractors, ensure safety and design standards, and manage schedules and costs.

Competenze

• 7+ years experience in construction of overhead, underground, and/or substation electrical facilities.
• Journeyman (T&D) certification desirable.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in a team lead capacity or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Manages on-site contracted T&D Electrical work (underground/overhead, residential, substation) to ensure design, schedule and safety compliance.
• Plans and secures Holdoffs and other electrical clearances for projects.
• Reviews contract packages for constructability and advises on methods; reviews invoices and bidding procedures for cost savings.
• Maintains daily project records and prepares incident and project reports; attends meetings.
• Plans and conducts meetings to foster communication and develop workforce skills; manages employee performance.
