Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in utilities (gas and/or electric) or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise asset management systems or processes.
• Exposure to asset management, maintenance, or work management in utilities.
• For Managers: at least two years in a functional consulting role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of enterprise asset management transformation initiatives for Utilities clients, including transmission and distribution organizations.
• Contribute to assessments, planning, design, and implementation of asset management and work management solutions.
• Help analyze client challenges and translate them into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
• Work closely with senior team members to deliver functional and technology solutions aligned to utilities asset lifecycle management.
• Apply emerging technologies, analytics, and automation concepts to improve asset performance and maintenance strategies.
• Develop trusted working relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to collaborative problem solving.
• Support development of presentations, analyses, and deliverables for both strategy and implementation efforts.
• Continuously build industry and technical expertise while progressing toward leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to travel for client work as needed.
