Amentum focuses on the T-6 maintenance program, directing the maintenance department for 99 aircraft and about 125 personnel in Oklahoma. You will oversee maintenance execution, documentation, safety compliance, and the maintenance planning cycle to ensure on-time, safe operations.

The role requires DoD experience, robust supervisory skills, and the ability to enforce technical data, manage resources, and coordinate with production leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field or eight years' relative experience with five years in DoD context
• Minimum seven years supervisory experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing
• Ability to understand and comply with Government publications and technical orders; ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk management techniques

Mansioni

• Directs and coordinates the maintenance department for 99 T-6 aircraft and about 125 personnel
• Ensure safety, adherence to technical data and procedures, and proper documentation of maintenance actions
• Manage maintenance planning cycle and resource adjustments to meet production requirements
• Ensure qualified personnel use appropriate equipment and tools; supervise shifts and coverage
• Advise production on issues that could disrupt the maintenance plan
• Oversee on-base disaster control duties and aircraft/SE movement procedures
• Maintain communication with Aircraft Maintenance Department Director and manage facilities
