Job description

We are seeking a SyteLine Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong technical development background and the ability to work closely with both business and IT stakeholders. This role is heavily focused on the technical side of Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), while also requiring strong functional understanding and communication skills.

This person will be responsible for the full lifecycle of enhancements—from discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment. We need someone who can make recommendations, clarify requirements, and not simply code from handed-off specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support customizations and enhancements within Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
• Strong experience with SyteLine backend development, including:
• IDOs
• Mongoose
• SQL / Stored Procedures
• Form customization
• Application Event System
• Support and enhance Factory Track
• Partner with business users and IT to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and recommend solutions
• Lead technical design and development of complex ERP enhancements and integrations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) experience
• Strong technical development skills with proven customization experience
• Experience with Factory Track required
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
