Job summary

Decision Resources seeks a Business Consultant – Finance & Accounting to deliver ERP consulting and training around Infor CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine. You will analyze client requirements, support go-lives, and implement manufacturing accounting and finance processes.

You will train end users, document business procedures, and build strong client relationships while traveling up to 75% to serve multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project tasks with PM/Lead Consultant within client budget and schedule
• Analyze business requirements via client information-gathering sessions
• Provide pre-go-live consulting and go-live support
• Perform gap analyses between system functionality and client needs
• Implement manufacturing processes in Infor SyteLine and related solutions
• Provide end-user training and procedural documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisor
• Identify risks impacting client relationships and address them
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Learn DRI and third-party products alongside Infor SyteLine
• Complete additional assignments from management

Job description

The Business Consultant - Finance & Accounting will provide consulting, training, support, and subject matter expertise for our ERP software, Infor CloudSuite Industrial Syteline, and other technology solutions provided to DRI clients, specifically related to finance & Accounting. This individual will determine work requirements associated with new implementations and post implementation projects. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about client service and have experience with Infor's Cloud Suite Industrial SyteLine software Accounting & Finance modules.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Project Manager/Lead Consultant to Deliver project tasks in a timely manner and within in the client's budget.
• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients.
• Provide pre-go live consulting and go-live support to fulfill project plan objectives.
• Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them within Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine ERP software and other DRI software solutions.
• Provide end user training and business procedure documentation; training in both one-on-on and group classroom settings.
• Confidence and ability to make recommendations to meet clients' business needs.
• Build on-going relationships with our clients and become their trusted advisor.
• Ability to recognize and notify management of any issues which could affect the client business relationship.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Learn DRI and third-party products alongside of Infor CloudSuite Industrial.
• Completes any additional assignments as requested by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• CSI / SyteLine experience is required.
• Ability to travel on average 75%.
• Must have full-life cycle implentation experience with Infor's CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine.
• Background in Manufacturing Accounting & Finance
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter able to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is required
• MBA, CMA, CPA, and PMP certification (s) are desirable.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field experience
