Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks a Senior Corporate Director of Radiology & Imaging Operations to lead systemwide imaging across a large multi-hospital network. You will partner with nurse, physician, and administrative leaders to align strategy with local execution, improving access, throughput, patient safety, and service quality.

This role directs modality directors and site leaders to drive consistent imaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, radiology services, or related clinical operational environments.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide systemwide oversight of radiology and imaging operations across hospitals, EDs, and ambulatory imaging locations.
• Direct modality directors and site senior managers responsible for imaging operations and OU-level performance.
• Ensure standardized operational standards, workflows, and service delivery across imaging locations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute radiology operational strategy and support system growth initiatives.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives focused on patient access, throughput, and experience.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards to guide decisions and monitor performance.
