Emory Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Director, Radiology & Imaging Operations to provide systemwide operational leadership for diagnostic and interventional radiology and imaging services across a large, multi-hospital network. You will oversee imaging operations, improve access, throughput, quality and patient experience while partnering with nursing, physician, clinical and administrative leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, radiology services, or related clinical operational environments.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systemwide oversight of radiology and imaging operations across hospitals, emergency departments, and ambulatory imaging locations.
• Direct modality directors and site senior managers responsible for imaging operations and OU-level performance.
• Ensure standardized workflows and service delivery across locations; align imaging strategy with local execution.
• Drive patient access, throughput, quality and safety outcomes and continuous improvement.
