Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Advisor to drive System Quality Improvement projects across the health system. You will plan, support, monitor and direct initiatives to improve quality, safety and regulatory performance, translating data into actionable information for leadership.

The role emphasizes project management, cross-functional collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical guidance councils, and mentoring teams in performance improvement tools.

Qualifications

• Specialized skills in change management, process improvement and large-scale program implementation.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis and workflow redesign.
• Knowledge of Federal and state regulatory guidelines and accrediting organizations’ standards.
• Understanding of EPIC, health care operations and project management processes.
• Experience with interprofessional teams and quality improvement tools.
• Project Management, Agile and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Leads and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to identify, plan, and implement process and improvement initiatives for regulatory readiness and compliance.
• Collects and analyzes process data to develop and recommend practices focusing on quality, safety, regulatory compliance and cost.
• Interprets and executes operational processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentors accreditation teams on performance improvement tools and methodologies.
