Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in change management, process improvement and large-scale program implementation.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis and workflow redesign.
• Knowledge of Federal and state regulatory guidelines and requirements and accrediting organizations’ standards.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, regulations, standard’s organizational structure, and information systems used in accreditation activity.
• Knowledge of health care business operations, design and management of EPIC, and project management processes
• Experience working with interprofessional teams or complex groups in the facilitation or coordination role, use of a range of quality improvement tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in process improvement, change management, team facilitation and regulatory management.
• Leads and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to identify, plan, and implement process and improvement initiatives for regulatory readiness and compliance.
• Collects and analyses process data to initiate, develop and recommend practices and procedures that focus on quality improvement, safety, regulatory and cost.
• Interprets and executes operational processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintains strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders, C-suite, Service Line, CGC, Physicians and Front Line Staff.
• Mentors system accreditation peer member’s and quality teams on performance improvement tools and methodologies.
