Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced expertise in change management, process improvement, and large-scale program implementation.
• Experience with statistics, data analysis and workflow redesign to support quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to identify, plan, and implement improvement initiatives for regulatory readiness and compliance.
• Translate quality and safety data into actionable information for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor accreditation and quality teams on performance improvement tools and methodologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to achieve optimal performance.
• Engage with C-suite, service lines, physicians, and frontline staff to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and safety standards across the system.
