Job summary

This leadership role requires Board certification in OB/GYN with Menopause Society credentials, and a track record of independent work and teamwork to advance innovative, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible obstetrics and gynecology physician.
• Menopause care expertise and certification.
• Evidence of ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Designing and launching a systemwide menopausal health program.
• Establishing standardized clinical protocols and care pathways.
• Expanding care delivery through in-person services and telehealth.
• Exploring partnerships with external menopause care platforms.
• Leading provider education and advancing system-wide clinical expertise.
• Collaborating across specialties to integrate menopausal care into broader care delivery.
• Driving program performance, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
