Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest nonprofit healthcare systems, is seeking a physician leader for a unique opportunity to develop and lead our new systemwide Menopausal Health Program based out of Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. The Clinical Program Lead will serve as the clinical and strategic leader responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive menopausal care program across the system. This physician leader will establish and scale evidence‑based, patient‑centered models of care designed to improve access, quality, and consistency for midlife women.

Key responsibilities

Salary Range: $300,000–$345,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives

Qualifications

• BC/BE by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner
