Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare administration, education coordination, or related role.
• Experience with clinical education, credentialing, certification, or workforce development is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate systemwide clinical placement processes for nursing students and interns in partnership with academic institutions.
• Maintain placement records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate systemlevel tracking of nursing certifications and credentials.
• Support standardized processes for certification verification, renewal tracking, and reporting.
• Develop standardized tools, trackers, and reports for system visibility.
• Collaborate with Professional Practice, Nursing Education, Academic Affairs, HR and site leadership.
• Support preparation of reports and summaries for nursing leadership and executive stakeholders.
