Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare administration, education coordination, professional practice, or related role.
• Experience supporting clinical education, credentialing, certification, or workforce development activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database or tracking systems.
• Experience in an academic medical center or multi-entity health system.
• Familiarity with nursing education, clinical placements, or professional certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system‑wide clinical placement processes for nursing students, interns, and learners with academic institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tracking and documentation for placement requests and ensure compliance across entities.
• Support system‑level tracking of nursing certifications and credentials and renewal reporting.
• Develop standardized tools, trackers, and reports for visibility and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Professional Practice, Nursing Education, Academic Affairs, HR, Compliance, and site leadership.
