You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, and document intake and output under RN/LPN supervision. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification, completion of the 75-hour CNA course, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• CNA certification in the applicable state.
• Completion of state-approved Nurse Aide 75-hr course.
• Successful CNA exam for certification.
• Not listed on State Abuse Registry.
• CPR for professional rescuer required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Position, lift, turn, and ambulate patients as needed.
• Prepare meals, assist feeding, and document intake/output.
• Follow directions and work cooperatively with staff.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and participate in training.
