Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a Clinical Student Services Program Manager within Human Resources to lead clinical education programs across the system. You will design and optimize student placement strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong academic partnerships while driving measurable outcomes in placement volumes and conversion to hire.

The role oversees program governance, partners with academic partners and clinical leaders, and manages budget and resources to meet workforce goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Nursing or related field (minimum).
• 3+ years of program management, clinical education, or healthcare operations experience.
• Knowledge of clinical training environments and healthcare systems; strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of clinical student programs.
• Develop system-wide placement strategies to optimize capacity and staffing.
• Oversee operations of clinical placements ensuring consistency across departments.
• Establish governance to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and compliance.
• Track metrics and report on placement volumes, utilization, and hire conversions.
• Build partnerships with academic institutions and clinical leadership.
