The role leads the Nursing Services Student Program team, collaborates with academic institutions and nursing leaders to optimize student placements, learning environments, and workforce development in alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads nursing student clinical rotations, education affiliation agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Oversees program planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of nursing student programs and partnerships.
